Buying large and expensive items from a website is a daunting prospect. We are available to provide any further information on our products together with any back-up advice that you may require. Your card details and personal information are encrypted (coded) therefore unauthorised personnel cannot read/access your details. Payment?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH or if you prefer payment by Cheque or Bankers Order. All purchases are made on the condition that payment is made before dispatch.

All transactions will be processed in Pounds Sterling.

Delivery?

Our prices include free delivery to the UK mainland. Shipping terms outside the UK are available on request. We are committed to delivering your goods as quickly as possible after receipt of your order – normally within 7 days. Delivery of your order will be at a mutually convenient time and providing the goods are in stock, you can expect delivery within a maximum of 28 days. No monies will be taken for items not in stock, and you will be informed of an expected delivery date of such items when placing your order.

Complaints & Returns ?

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days beginning the day after the day you receive the goods. Any monies received will be returned in full within 30 working days, less any costs incurred by Border Decking in returning the goods to Border Decking.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your goods, please contact us either by e-mail on enquiries@borderdecking.co.uk or by telephone 01896 752584 during office hours. Your call will be acknowledged as soon as possible, and in any case we will endeavour to contact you within a maximum of 5 working days. At that time you will be advised of the remedial action that Border Decking intend to take and the timescale for that action.

Goods returned as a result of orders cancelled beyond the 7 working days cooling off period for any reason other that quality defects or shipping errors will be subject to a 20% re-stocking and handling fee in addition to the cost of returning the goods to Border Decking. These items must be returned within 14 days and be in a new condition.

Any items broken in transit must be notified with 7 working days of delivery, otherwise their replacement is not guaranteed. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Warranty?

Goods are guaranteed for normal wear and tear for 12 months from the date of delivery.

Privacy Policy ?

Border Decking is committed to protecting your privacy. The only information we collect is to enable Border Decking to process your order. Typically this would be

All information collected at this time is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be used to pass on any marketing material unrelated to Border Decking.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy, the law and the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

Subsequent to your enquiry and/or purchase, no marketing material (unrelated to Border Decking) will be forwarded to you at a later date. An opt out option to prevent all further communication once the order has processed, is included on our on-line order forms.

We do not under any circumstances record details of any debit / credit card information. The payment processing transaction is performed by a third party secure payment gateway (Streamline)
